1. Who we are
MusicMixGuru is an independent music-production studio offering recorded courses, live training, mixing & mastering services, and a beat marketplace. Contact: hello@musicmixguru.com.
2. Purchases & licences
Course and service purchases are for your personal use. Beats bought from the marketplace are sold with the licence shown at checkout. Reselling or redistributing course videos or purchased audio is not permitted.
3. Seller terms
By uploading a beat you confirm you own or control all rights to it. A 15% platform commission applies to each sale. Payouts are made to your linked account once payment infrastructure is connected.
4. Refunds
Digital products (courses, beats) are generally non-refundable once accessed. Service bookings can be rescheduled or refunded before work begins. Contact us within 7 days for any issue.
5. Your data & privacy
We store your account details (name, email) to give you access to your purchases. We don't sell your data. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never store card details. Course videos may carry a personal watermark to deter piracy.
6. Content protection
Course videos are watermarked with your account identity. Sharing, recording or redistributing them is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination and legal action.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use means you accept the current version.
